Folgefonni is Norway's third largest and most southern glacier. She is placed on some of Norway's most beautiful peaks in the very west of the country. On the roof of Kvinnherad and Odda, Folgefonni sleeps her sleep for thousands of years and is a remainder of times long gone. Only in the last few years she has been diminished dramatically, which is a strong warning signal for global warming. She has been an inspiration from the first moment my eyes rested on her calm, eternal beauty. This work tells a story from different parts of the Folgefonni peninsula.
